My Communication (MyComm) is an online strategic communication planning tool developed by Cisco Systems, Inc. It delivers a common planning platform for both communication professionals and managers and team leaders in fulfilling their respective communication roles.
MyComm provides you with a strategic framework that emphasizes the steps for defining an issue, understanding audience needs, developing key messages, and determining the best way to deliver those messages to achieve improved operating performance. Once the overall strategy is completed using MyComm, you can then develop and refine a complementary tactical plan consistent with the strategy.
